Who can apply?
The program of emerging Atlantic leaders is open to young passionate professionals who meet the following criteria:
• Between 25 and 35 years old
• Residents or citizens of the Atlantic Basin countries (Africa, North / Central / South, Europe or Caribbean)

The process of selecting the program of emerging leaders of the Atlantic dialogues is very competitive. A selection committee will examine all applications and inform the candidates in September 2025.
